About · Toronto, ON
We build AVL systems your volunteers can run on a Sunday morning.
SyncLive Productions was founded in Toronto by Wale and Mayowa after years of watching brilliant church teams stuck behind confusing audio, video, and lighting rigs. We design every install around the people who actually press the buttons each weekend — not the touring engineer who sold them the gear.

Why House of Worship
Worship spaces are some of the hardest rooms in pro audio: tall ceilings, hard surfaces, mixed live and broadcast needs, and a rotating crew of volunteers running it all. Most integrators build for the room. We build for the team.
Our founders grew up serving on church tech teams. We know what it feels like when the wireless drops mid-sermon, when the projector won't sync, when the new mixer scares off the only volunteer who knew the old one. Every system we ship is shaped by that memory.
Today we serve churches, campuses, and ministries across the GTA and beyond — designing audio, video, lighting, and acoustic treatment that sounds professional and stays that way after we leave.

What "Volunteer-Friendly" actually means
It's a phrase a lot of integrators throw around. For us it's a checklist. If a system can't pass these tests, we redesign it before install day.
One-button Sunday startup
Power on, scene recall, channels live. A new volunteer should be running sound within fifteen minutes of arriving.
Locked layers, labelled controls
The faders, scenes, and lighting cues your team uses every week are visible. Everything else is hidden behind a tech password.
Recall scenes, not memory
Service templates are pre-built and tested. Volunteers load 'Sunday AM' and start — no guessing gain structure.
Plain-English documentation
A laminated quick-start at the booth, a printable run sheet, and short video walkthroughs hosted on your team's drive.
Two-volunteer training, included
We train at least two volunteers per role hands-on, then leave you with a structured onboarding plan for new servers.
We answer the phone
Saturday night panic? Sunday morning glitch? You text our line. A real human responds — usually one of the founders.

Founded by Wale & Mayowa
Two engineers, two decades of weekend services between them, and one shared frustration: tech teams kept inheriting systems they couldn't operate. SyncLive Productions exists to end that pattern in the GTA's worship community — one room at a time.
When we walk a sanctuary, we're not just measuring SPL and sightlines. We're asking who runs the booth on the fifth Sunday, what they're afraid of, and what would make their morning easier.

From the booth
The proof isn't in our spec sheets — it's in how quickly a brand new volunteer can run a Sunday service. Here's what worship teams tell us after we hand over the room.
"Our newest volunteer ran front-of-house her second Sunday. Two years on the old console and I never trusted anyone with it that fast."
"SyncLive labelled every single scene and built us a one-page run sheet. Onboarding a new server used to take a month — now it's a single rehearsal."
"The room finally sounds like the room. No more echo washing out the message, and our volunteers aren't fighting feedback every set."
"What sold us was the training. Wale and Mayowa stayed until two volunteers could run the whole service without notes."
